We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, this policy explains when and how you can return your order.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within
14 days from the day you receive your item. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made products (such as engraved pet tags) are exempt from the right of withdrawal, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. You will also be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds will be issued within
14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever comes first.
Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at
info@anytags.com, anytags12@gmail.com before sending the product back.
5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please ship it back to the address provided in your return instructions.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
Important: If you withdraw from your purchase, we will also refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer. Additional delivery costs (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
6. Extended Warranty on Corrosion
After the 14-day return period has passed, we offer an
anti-corrosion warranty on our pet ID tags:
- Titanium alloy: 10 years
- Stainless steel type 304, stainless steel type 201, brass: 5 years
- Zinc alloy: 3 years
If your tag corrodes within the warranty period, simply send it back to us. We will replace it with the same model or, if unavailable, a similar model of the same value.
Please note:
- Shipping costs in both directions are covered by the customer.
