Payments are handled securely via Stripe. Prices are shown in euros (€). VAT (if applicable) will be included in the final checkout price.

We offer free tracked worldwide shipping for orders over €25. Estimated delivery times:

  • EU: 3–5 business days
  • Worldwide: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs procedures, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Cancellations

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items (such as engraved pet tags) unless they are defective or incorrectly produced.

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
