Enjoy fast, tracked EU shipping in 3–5 days. Orders over €25 qualify for free tracked worldwide shipping (7–10 days). 

We ship all orders within 24 hours of payment.
The only exceptions are:

Orders placed between 12:00 Friday and 12:00 Sunday (EET, UTC+02)

National holidays

Rare cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or wars)

Each pet ID tag comes with a 10, 5, or 3-year anti-corrosion warranty (depending on the material) — so you can relax knowing it’s made to last.
